Sergei Sinkevich

As Head of DMA, Sergei Sinkevich oversees Otkritie Capital’s Direct Market Access service for institutional investors in Russia, UK, Europe and the US. Based in Moscow, he directly manages a team of 15, including sales professionals, account managers, analytics, and more extended team responsible for development of the electronic trading product line. Team is based between London, Moscow and New York locations. Sergei’s department implements technology platforms that provide direct access to the LSE and Moscow Exchange and liaises directly with global institutional investors to help them gain speed advantage in trading the Russian market. Since joining Otkritie in January 2013, Sergei has spearheaded the development of low-latency connection to the Russian market  to help international investors capitalise on new opportunities present by the Russian government’s push to open up the markets.
