Scott Greene

Scott Greene is Founder and Managing Partner of Louis Capital FX, the industry pioneer in providing FX intermediary execution and advisory solutions for institutional managers engaged in opportunistic and hedging schemes within the FX options marketplace.

Mr. Greene’s foreign exchange trading and broking pedigree extends back nearly 30 years; he began his career at Bank Julius Baer New York and Zurich, quickly elevated to the role of Chief Dealer/FX. In 1991, Mr. Greene was recruited by AIG International and later appointed Partner in a role that included his oversight of all aspects of their global FX business. In 2001, Mr. Greene left AIG to form the currency hedge fund, Currency Partners LP, which focused on opportunistic and directional global macro “smart alpha’ strategies through the use of FX options. Mr. Greene’s vast experience across both the buy and sell-side inspired his desire to fill an industry void, and through Louis Capital, Mr. Greene has spearheaded one of the industry’s sole platforms dedicated to guiding institutional clients through a superior FX execution process in FX options.

An industry thought-leader, Mr. Greene has been called upon to engage with regulators and government officials to provide insight and guidance in the framing of rules and procedures that have become crucial in the changing foreign exchange regulatory environment.
