Patrick Fleur is head of Trading & Execution and a member of the Allocation Committee. His daily responsibilities is managing a desk of traders within liquid markets. He is also running the World Overlay mandate. Patrick Fleur joined PGGM in 2007 after spending 7 years at ABN Amro and 6 years running the trading desk at APG (former ABP). Patrick studied Banking & Finance at the business school of Enschede and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente.
