Head of FX and MM for AXA IM in Paris and London after 10 years as an Investment Manager, Lee Sanders moves over to trading to help set up an execution function for FI and FX and MM and this has slowly been rolled out to a more a global role. Concentrating on making trading desk s more efficient Lee Sanders has embraced changes in E commerce and market structure and by doing so has helped make the desks he manages more efficient. Lee also has worked on TCA projects and also many initiatives to improve the quality of execution in all the asset classes he oversees. He has been with AXA IM for 22 years
